Welcome to Our Parish
Message from Father George Amos, Pastor
Dear Friends,
Welcome to Holy Name of Mary Parish and thank you for visiting our website. We are a catholic community fed by the Holy Eucharist and nourished by the Word of God. Many people have worked hard to bring the two communities of St. Anthony's Catholic Church in Helena, and Our Lady of Lake Huron Catholic Church in Harbor Beach, together. Though many, our parish community of St. Anthony and Our Lady of Lake Huron strives to build a community of different people into the one Body of Christ. We are committed to a life of the gospel of Christ Jesus and to share same with all we meet. Further, our parish family has a long history of worshiping together, Eucharistic Adoration, service of one another, concern for justice in our local community, and caring for our young people through Catholic education in our parish school. We are happy to have you go through discovering who we are, what we do, and what we have to offer as a Christ centered parish fed by the Eucharist. I invite you to join us as a community of faith and love in the service of Christ's Church and one another, under the patronage of Mary, Mother of God.
If you are new to our parish, I invite you to contact the parish office for an opportunity to register. You can discover the many various ways that you can get involved. Most especially, we would love to have you join us each week for the celebration of Holy Mass.
If I can be of service to you, please do not hesitate to call the office and make an appointment.
